Our Scheduling System
Scheduling jobs is the most challenging part of this industry. We are at the mercy of the weather and other variables which are often outside of our control. In order to best serve you, we have developed a system to aid in the planning and scheduling of jobs.
As soon as you have a job under contract, let us know (even if it’s months in advance).
- Fill out a worksheet (copy of our price sheet) with the approximate square and footage counts.
- Fax it to us with your tentative start date. (If possible, include a reduced-size copy of plans or pictures.)
- We will write up an estimated proposal (based on your worksheet), along with payment schedule. We will schedule you in as soon as we receive signed contract and $500 non-refundable deposit. (You are asking us to commit a large amount of our time to you. We must have a commitment from you. Absolutely no work will be scheduled without a deposit and signed contract!)
- Keep us informed of progress every 2-3 weeks.
On new construction, final bill will reflect actual squares installed and actual footage. Contract prices are available for re-roofing and re-siding jobs. We will provide you with a contract proposal based on our measurements. Final square/footage count will not affect contract price. As with new construction, we will schedule you in as soon as we receive a signed contract and $500 deposit.
Please read our Price Sheet/Payment Schedule carefully. It is intended to assist you in bidding jobs accurately, as well as knowing when we will expect payments. Please note we furnish all the accessories. This is done to make your life easier as well as to allow us to use the materials we like. All fasteners are included and are specified per item. Also note, we make our own step flashing and other custom flashing. On architectural roofs, we do open valleys. On 3-tab and jets, we do woven valleys, except where extreme low pitches run into steep pitches.
